Whether collapsing onto your sofa or sprinting after a football, you move in three dimensions. Your training, though, often doesn’t. And this can be dangerous. Beefed-up pins used to the pendulum swing of hamstring curls may buckle when faced with the explosive changes in direction demanded on the squash court or the five-a-side pitch. The solution?
