Daniel Radcliffe becomes New York property tycoon

Daniel Radcliffe already has a £3million loft and a £3.5million flat in New York, but that hasn't stopped the wealthy young actor from spending nearly £4million on yet another home there, this time a townhouse in Manhattan's West Village.

Daniel, 21, who also owns a flat in Fulham, reportedly plans to rent out the new property.

The five bedroom townhouse, which covers 3,000 sq ft and was built in 1847, could rake in as much as £5,000 a week.
