Khloe Kardashian has quit as a spokesperson for PETA in support of her sister Kim who was flour bombed by a woman believed to be one of the animal rights group’s volunteers, Celebuzz has learned.
In a statement posted on her blog moments ago — and provided exclusively to Celebuzz — 27-year-old Khloe wrote: “I just received word that the woman responsible has very close ties to PETA, despite PETA publicly stating otherwise. Not only has PETA lied to the public, but they have proved that they support this kind of behavior.”A furious Khloe said she would continue not to wear fur, but added that she could no longer support the organization for whom she famously stripped down for in 2008, as part of their “I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur” campaign.
