Bachelor Wedding Paps Sue ABC for Battery

You didn't need a telephoto lens to see this one coming a mile away.

The two photographers arrested after attempting to sneak a few shots of Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney's nuptials are suing ABC, airer of the Bachelor-born couple's wedding special, for the rough treatment they received at the hands of a couple of security guards.

Bachelor producer Next Entertainment and O&R Protective Services, which provided the guards, are also named as defendants in the suit filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Shutterbugs Eric Brogmus and Maximiliano Lopes are claiming battery, false imprisonment and negligence for the Feb. 27 incident, some of which was caught on video.

Guard Jose Antonio Revilla and O&R were "operating within the course of scope of their employment and with authorization" from Next and Disney/ABC Television Group, the complaint states.

The L.A. District Attorney's Office has already passed on filing any charges against Lopes and Brogmus, who had to have been envisioning dollar signs when that headlock was captured for posterity.
